Provider and service. The provider is the sole trader in the operator information. Retro Space is a browser game. These terms cover the main account and universes deliberately joined; paid DM top-ups and officer activations are explained separately. Accessible published versions apply, not fabricated retrospective acceptance.

Registration. Players must be at least 18 and explicitly accept the terms and game rules. Successful main-account creation opens access; the lobby lists available worlds. One main account per person and one own participation per universe apply. Use a reachable email, protect your password, and do not sell, give away or permanently transfer your account. Different real household members may play.

Play and content. Progress and rules belong to each world; main-account language and DM balance are central. Publish only content you are entitled to use. Harassment, outside advertising, unauthorized links and intentional bug abuse are forbidden. Game rules explain permitted tools, attack limits and reporting. A sitting report alone does not grant representative access.

Operation. Alpha is the current development state. Beta and regular universes are planned without promised closure, merger or transition dates. Interruptions can occur. No voluntary automatic officer-time extension is promised for outages; statutory rights remain intact. Uninterrupted availability, future features and guaranteed gains are not promised.

Moderation. The operator reviews specific cases and explains type, scope, duration and protection. Affected users can access their notice and appeal. Shared IP alone or unreviewed suspicion is not an automatic finding. The link filter does not automatically impose a full ban; a report does not confiscate DM or purchased time.

Ending use and rights. Inactivity alone does not trigger automatic deletion. Users may request termination and privacy-law erasure through the contact channel; outstanding claims and required statutory retention are considered separately. Mandatory consumer rights, remedies for defective digital products and mandatory liability are not excluded. Changes or new acceptance requirements for existing accounts need a separate transparent introduction.

Documents. Privacy information is not blanket consent. Purchase-specific statements belong to the actual purchase, not registration. Information requests and complaints use the stated channels; access to competent authorities and courts remains available.
