Provider and requirements. Your contracting party is Wieland Mitschke, Stählerwiese 22, 57223 Kreuztal, Germany; support@retrospace.eu. The offer is for adults holding a Retro Space main account. Internet access, a current browser and necessary session cookies are required. Services are supplied inside the game, without physical shipping or standalone software downloads. Statutory rights concerning defective digital products, including required updates, remain unaffected.
DM top-ups. EUR 10 buys 10,000 DM, EUR 20 buys 20,000 DM and EUR 50 buys 50,000 DM. These are final prices including VAT, without additional fees or volume bonuses. DM is account-wide game credit for the offered game services, not an investment or freely transferable payment instrument. Voluntary cash redemption is not offered; statutory reimbursement rights remain unaffected.
Order and acceptance. The review shows the package, final EUR price, main account, payment method and terms version. The clearly labelled payment-obligation button submits your binding offer. The initial acknowledgement records the order, not payment or contract acceptance. We accept by the separate contract and supply confirmation after verifying full payment and crediting DM once. Order content and accepted terms are frozen and confirmed by email. Delivery failure creates no additional order or credit; the identical document can be resent.
Payment and supply. Only methods actually offered in the review apply: manual PayPal, bank transfer or enabled automatic PayPal. Manual payments must use the exact order reference. PayPal approval and actual capture are separate steps. Amount, EUR, recipient and assignment are checked; a screenshot or browser return is insufficient. Supply follows verified full payment promptly and once. A clearly marked sandbox run moves neither real money nor real DM.
Officer services. Spending existing DM on a timed officer is a separate transaction, valid only in the expressly selected universe. Per officer: 7 days cost 1,000 DM; 30 days 2,000 DM; 90 days 6,000 DM; 180 days 12,000 DM. The preview shows officers, universe, duration, total cost, shared balance and resulting expiry. Described officer effects apply during that term. A further booking takes remaining time in the same universe into account. There is no automatic renewal, subscription or transfer to other universes.
Withdrawal information. You may withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons. The period runs from contract conclusion and not before the legally required information is supplied. Notify the provider above by post or email with a clear statement; sending it before the deadline is sufficient. Alternatively use Withdraw from contract on the website followed by explicit confirmation, also without login or when banned. Name, contract identification and reply address are recorded. Content, date and time are acknowledged by email. Receipt acknowledgement is not a refund decision.
Early performance. DM supply and an ongoing officer service are not automatically treated as the same legal service. This flow requires no waiver of withdrawal rights and does not claim early expiry merely because of payment, supply or use. No compensation is demanded solely for early performance. Registration or earlier orders do not retrospectively become special consent to losing rights.
Consequences and other rights. Following valid withdrawal we refund received payments promptly, within fourteen days of receiving the declaration, using the same payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise and without fees. Handling relates to the specific order. Spent DM, mixed funds and existing officer time are individually reviewed; no automatic debt, ban or retroactive destruction of officer time results. An internal review does not extend statutory refund deadlines. Report non-supply, defects or payment errors through the contact above. Outages and bans do not categorically exclude statutory buyer rights.
Optional model withdrawal form.
